Warranty
A2ZEON
memory products are manufactured with the highest standards and 100% gone through
the functional and system level test to warrant against all defects in materials
and workmanship. We will gladly to repair or replace the defective items when
you obtain an RMA number under the terms and conditions of our RMA policy.
Duration of Warranty
A2ZEON DRAM memory modules are covered by a limited lifetime warranty under A2ZEON’s standard warranty terms and conditions.
A2ZEON SSDs (Solid State Drive) have a three-year warranty for check-replacement
only from the date of original purchase.
Terms of Warranty
A2ZEON warrants that products purchased directly from A2ZEON Inc. will be free
from nonconformities in materials and workmanship standards, under normal use.
This warranty is in effect beginning from the date of purchase and must be
verified with an original invoice or purchase order number to establish purchase
date and original purchaser. This warranty extends only to the original
purchaser and is non-transferable, except where prohibited by law, to anyone who
subsequently purchases the product from the original purchaser.
All warranty returns must be received on or before the warranty expiration
date. If the product proves defective during the warranty period, A2ZEON, at its
option, will repair non-conforming memory product or replace with a device that
is equivalent or better in performance.
This warranty does not extend to any product not purchased from A2ZEON Inc. or
an unauthorized A2ZEON distributor, nor to any product that has been damaged or
rendered nonconforming:

By removal of original manufacture labels or stickers

As a result of accident, improper use, or abuse, natural or personal
disaster

By alteration, modification, disassembly or unauthorized repair

By the use of parts not manufactured or sold by A2ZEON Inc.

Use in applications not conforming to the environmental or operating
specifications for the product

Shipping damage due to inadequate packaging by the customer in sending
product to A2ZEON for upgrades or repair

Customer induced damage, whether accidental or deliberate, due to unusual
physical, electrical, or electromagnetic stress including, but not limited
to, electrical surges and/or power failures

Any other cause not resulting from defects in materials and workmanship
